Wow thats pretty cool. And no decoder or speakers needed. I like it. Crazy how it detects the locomotives speed.

Couple of questions come to mind.

  1. Will it only work with Kato power supplies? I had to upgrade from a Kato power supply to an MRC to have enough power.
  2. How will it handle multiple locomotives on one track? (Part of the reason for the upgrade in #1.)

I like the idea of it, but it feels backwards. It’s almost like the Atlas one without the grade steep motion. I love it, I want it, but I rather perfer a DCC decorder with sound. This way I don’t waste money two to three years down the line.
