How do you hook up Unitrack to a power supply? I don’t see any special track or clip available anywhere. I saw in a description of the track that it uses a “unit joiner” but I searched for that and didn’t find anything. Thanks.
Kato has special Unijoiners with wire leads attached to them for hooking the track up to a power pack.
Part # is 24 818
Use them as a replacement for the original joiners at any location.

I use Kato UniTrack in HO scale. They make a power feeder track. It is part number 2-151. The N scale version is 20-041.

.
They also make an adapter to go from their plug to the terminal on my MRC Control Master XI power pack.

If you use Kato’s power pack, you do not need the adapter.
.
I love plug-n-play pieces.

Thanks. I see the feeder tracks now.
20-041 is the single feeder track for N gauge
20-042 is a double feeder with “concrete ties”
20-049 is a double feeder with “concrete slab”
20-049 and 24-843 don’t come up in a search of the Kato USA online parts catalog but they are available.
The 24-818 looks nice because you can attach it to any track rather than fitting the feeder track into your layout.
Would I really need 24-843? Couldn’t I just cut the plug off the transformer end of the feeder cable?
I’m not planning to use a Kato power supply.
That´s what I did.
Thanks everybody. I bought 12 pieces of the 15" radius 30 degree track to make a full circle, and the UniJoiner so I can at least test my locomotive when it arrives.
(Unfortunately) I bought the Kato FEF-3 Excursion Edition. I think it’s especially good looking but requires a minimum 15" turn radius on Viaduct, so you’ll need a good size layout if you want to do anything fancy, especially if you want to pull the 2 water tenders and the 7 piece excursion car set.
