We all jump on a corp or dealer for a bad experience, so I thought I would praise one for a very good experience. I bought some New Lionel for the grandkids after Christmas. There were minor problems with two of the power supplies. minor, but still a problem. There are three buttons across the top of the supply, One for Direction, one for the Horn, and one for a Bell. On two of the three, the bell had no tactil feeling, it would work if you pressed it, but the other two switches had a nice mechanical click to it. I emailed Lionel Service and mentioned this. They said give us your address, We will send two new ones out, and send a call tag for the others. I got them in about 2 days. That is Service !! Dave
