My grandpa was an engineer on the Frisco and then BN line from Southwest Missouri, and travelled to Arkansas and Oklahoma all the time. I came across this tucked into the back of a picture frame over the weekend. Looks like he was the one who received the last message from the Fayetteville Depot.
Can anyone help with additional information? I’m having trouble finding a decent history and documentation of the exact end of the old Fayetteville station.
