What size board would accomodate a 42 curve for a return loop when using O-27 track?
About 44", depending on the brand of track. Most 3 rail track is measured from outside edge of tie to outside edge of tie on other side of the half circle. This should mean 42" but not all vendors do this. Some measure to outside rail, some even to center rail.
