When connecting the draw bar to the tender you have to swivel the metal tab over the top of the draw bar that is on the tender. This keeps the draw bar from lifting up and intermittently breaking the connection (it has a wireless coupling between tender and loco).
The wireless coupling must be kept inline to work correctly.
