I have a set of Lionel 2344 NYC diesel engines. On one of the shells the white “new york central” lettering is almost completely worn off. Is there a semi-easy way to apply new lettering to the shell? Thanks for your help.
I sure hope you get an answer to this one, I have the same problem.
One way might be to send them to Len Carparelli. He may be willing to redo just the lettering, He restores old lionel and has the screen printing equipment.
