LGB of America 1995 Coca-Cola train set. What is its value?

Hello, I am a new member and am fascinated with all of the information available on this web site.

Unfortunatley, my uncle passed away some time ago, but had left behind a 1995 LGB of America Cocoa-Coal “super set” train set, series number 72854. The train set was left complete, new in the box, and never opened. I have listed the train on ebay:

Can someone help me out and give me a ball park estimate as to what is a fair price I should receive for this train set? What is is worth?
