does anyone know if lgb made cars to go with their santa fe F-7’s? When would they have been sold and what are their product no.s?
I know they used to, but they’re not listed on their web site anymore. Personally, I’d opt for the USA Trains streamline passenger cars. They’re by far the best looking streaminers on the market. http://www.usatrains.com/usatrainspassalum.html
Now, the USA Trains cars are 1:29, and the LGB F7 is of an indeterminate scale, but on the order of 1:26 or 1:27. The cars will be a bit smaller than the LGB locos. LGB’s web site does list streamline cars in UP, SP, NYC, and B&O. A can of silver spray paint will go a long way to getting you Santa Fe cars.

I too like the USA cars. Saw LGB’s F7’s at a local high end toy shop. Man are they BIG. Hope you find what you like! Later eh…Brian.
Whilst I like the LGB locos (only for their reliabillity ) I find the rolling stock too expensive and toylike.You are better off going with another manufacterer.

They did make streamliners for their initial introduction of the F-7 Santa FE’s. However, thy were plain Jane and had no interiors, seats or lights (like the present day models do.)
