Am I going to have to scratch build this bridge or can I kit bash it or, better yet, does anyone make a lift bridge?
It’s unlikely that there’s a model of that particular bridge and I’d guess that it would be easier to scratchbuild than to kitbash it, as both the bridge and the lift towers are skewed.
Central Valley offers lattice-work bridge girders (#1902-5), and Evergreen has various structural shapes in styrene. If you plan on making it operational, see NorthWest Short Line for motors, gears, etc.

Wayne,
Wow, you have a good eye. I have looked at that bridge a thousand times and never noticed it was skewed - - - and I am going to scratch build it ??? [(-D]
That bridge used to carry PRR passenger trains over the south branch of the Chicago River into Union Station.

Thanks for the info.
