Hard to say without knowing what the load was.

According to those linques provided, if it was yellow, and has plastic AAR trucks, the (probably) best listing for yellow with plastic AAR trucks is 6111.

Variation B: Painted YELLOW car with three to five logs and AAR trucks with disc couplers. Produced 1957 in box No. 6111-110.

If you can identify “early” AAR trucks, then 6121:

Variation G: YELLOW chassis with BLACK serif lettering. Came with three plastic pipes and early AAR trucks. Sometimes found in boxes that are marked 6121-60.

Here is some more. Both seem to be the same information.

Wow! Without knowing the load or having a box, really know sure what to tell. I’ll go with 6111 as it appears to be the most common. I do have another yellow 6111 with bar end trucks and 3 (what look like) OE pipes. But only the box would tell for sure.

Thanks for all the replys!

But you take the same yellow car and don’t put the brackets back on and find a range patrol truck and now you have a 6151

As long as you are painting it you could do that.
