Lionel 8403 Chessy steamer

If anyone out there has a modern era guide I would appreciate any info you might have on a little blue and yellow 8403 Steamer and tender. I think its a post 1969 unit. Would like to know the yr made and value if possible. Thanks.

Lionel #8403 Chessie 4-4-2, 1984/85. Prices go up and down the book I have says $65.00,Remember its only worth what someone is will to pay.
