Is there a way to be able to activate the crew chatter and other sounds on the Lionel Acela using a conventional transformer? Thank you in advance for any advice.
As the old saying goes: “When all else fails, read the directions.”
The sounds are triggered by short blasts of the horn as per pages 13 and 14 of the owner’s manual. If you don’t have the manual, it can be downloaded from the Lionel website under the Customer Service section. The directions are too complicated to retype here.
