A while back I started a thread about faulty log in issues. Tonight, I was logged out, yet when I logged in, it was under the name “Christian Geyer”. Is this an ongoing problem?
I think that there is an issue, because I believe that I also started a thread on that subject. Maybe I only commented on someone else’s thread. Anyway, I’ve not had the exact same issue you describe. What I get sometimes is someone else’s name, but I’m not actually logged in when that happens. And I know I’m not logged in because when I attempt to do something like respond to a post when someone else’s name appears the screen reverts to the regular log in page with no one’s name appearing.
I did notice that when I log in there’s a new line below where it says log out/update your account that reads “not (insert name)? Click here”.
Hello A similar thing happened to me last week, not logged in at all, but anothers users account information was there. I called MR and reported it, got a thank you, but really wonder how secure is this sight. Steve
Not very because this happens a lot to me. One time this happened, I must have been logged in with administrator privileges because the threads had a “Delete” icon below each one.
We have lots of laid off IT workers, at least here in Michigan. Sounds like they need help dealing with the many issues this new software has. Or find a new vendor.
This is an ongoing problem. Our hosts are aware of it and are looking into it.
