Try to find a used book store in your area. I do that where I live and a couple used book stores in my area search other used book stores. Many used book stores tie in with each other.
I do appreciate all of your responses so far; the used book store in my area informed me that people tend not to turn in books like these (makes sense that they keep them for reference); I tried ABE books (could not find it in thier database). I’m wondering if this search is like looking for 50 cent gallon gasoline- I MAY find it but it’s unlikely.
According to the Amazon web page it was published by the Roanoke Chapter of the National Railway Historical Society. They might know where you can get a copy or reprint - maybe a local store or museum gift shop or some such thing ?
