Well with others having fun in the snow , we finally got a little wet stuff.
Before the crew change they decided to take the mallet out with the wedgie plow.
Here she is pulling a 4% grade heading to the HighLine Bridge.
(on the bridge)
On a whole the mallet has the power but we had to walk her up the mountain side and take it easy on the front end.
Plus the front wheel set kept pluging up and derailing with the white stuff.
(heading toward tunnel #3 north of Duncan)
(just passing under the old highway 2 bridge)
The crew decided that we’ll leave the snow fighting to the SD 45s

YOU CAN HAVE ALL THAT SNOW, we been having rain and wind , today it was nice out
and i finaly got my rebuilt bridge back in , and ran a train a little . hope to see you at ECLSTS . BEN
I agree with Ben, you can keep the snow. It was exceptionally cold here this morning, looked outside at the thermometer on the patio, it read 36. Decided that was too cold to do anything, went back to bed.
I am still in awe of your mastery of the snow plows. My wife and I continue to watch your videos of the rotary in action. My wife keeps bugging me to ask if you have posted any more vids of the rotary besides on the GR Page/forum few months back.
