Ubelievable how absolutely crazy some people act. Fire blazes at 0:57 seconds. In looking at the smoke, it doesn’t look like he survived.
Appears to be in India, where riding on top of freight and passenger cars is common. I’d agree he’s seriously dead, the body had smoke coming from the midsection and his hair was on fire.
Something like that happened back in the thirties when my uncle was hopping freights, a friend he was with apparently touched the overhead (not sure which railroad) and killed him.

The subject was not of sound mind in this case. It wasn’t the case of the “riding on top of the train” that used to be common in that part of the world.
