I didn’t see any other posts on this one, so I thought I’d remind people.
It’s the HUB division NMRA show at the Royal Plaza on Route 20, just outside of 495. I usually have a lot of fun at this one.
And it’s a dollar off if you’re over 60.

Beside my clubs show at the end of April this is my favorite show also. Hope to see you there Mr B.

I’ll be there with the NHRHTA on Sunday, all day. AFAIK, this is the 2nd biggest train show in Mass. (after Springfield, of course).

Weather Or No Go New Haven
I was going to hold an operating session that day (I live 10 minutes from the show) but SOMEBODY had to be at the show all day and couldn’t attend… [:-^]
Don’t blame me, I won’t even be in Massachusetts until Sunday anyways, and that’s entirely beyond my control!
I went to the first day of the show (Saturday) and had a good time. There was a pretty good crowd there. I talked to one of the dealers, and he said that most purchases were pretty small. For the buyers, though, it was nice to see signs like “50% off list price” over the shelves.
I love this layout:
It’s the Narragansett Bay Railway & Navigation Company. The layout is ON30, set in about 1900. It’s a Free-mo like design, with an appealing meandering structure which gives a good feel for a New England railroad in a coastal marsh area.
Nice Photo, Can You post more? I wasn’t able to attend this one. But plan on making it to the Big E in January.
