William D Hays, you do realize this only impacts the citizens of Massachusetts don’t you? And MA is a long way from MT, isn’t it? So what’s your beef with MBTA raising fares? The costs of operating most forms of public transportation have been rising due to various reasons. Wages, maintenance, health care, etc…
