Metra begins real time train tracking
It strikes me as very odd but somehow normal that rail fans have gotten arrested and hassled for taking pictures of the trains because it is a “security risk” and yet you now come out with an APP that allows me to know where every train is and how soon it will pass any location I might be doing something “wrong”.
It would be nice if AMTRAK did this. Maybe their arrival predictions would be more accurate!
