Metra publication gone?

While looking for a recent edition of Metra’s commuter newspaper “On the (Bi-)Level”, I was informed that access to this (bookmarked) site was forbidden. There had not been an issue of this onetime-monthly news sheet since November. Metra’s home page www.metrarail.com doesn’t mention the paper any more, though it has other interesting avenues to explore.

Does anyone else know for sure about this?

I’ve seen new copies of the “Bi-Level” on trains last week and this week. Don’t know where else they’re available.

I found it on the Metra website, accessed it, and have bookmarked the site (again!). Hope it lasts–if it doesn’t, I can quickly go back to the Metra site and try again.
