Miami Fl. Train shops

It has been a long time since I was in Miami. There used to be a a nice hobby shop there. I am going to be visiting there this week. Any train stores worth checking out? - Nevin

You’re likely referring to Orange Blossom Hobbies. Sadly this shop closed some years back as crime was increasing in the neighborhood it was located in.

There is one several miles north of there, but the name escapes me. Hopefully one of our forum brethren will remember it and post the info. [8D]

Here’s some better info:

Ready To Roll. - http://www.readytorolltrains.com/

Texnrails : http://texnrails.com/

Ready_to_roll, the best MR hobby shop arround : 831 NW 143 Street.

Micro Macro Mundo is specialized in Euro models (Brawa, Roco, Maerklin, Trix, etc…) : 7138 SW 117 Av.

I remember Orange Blossom Hobbies… one of the best memories of my childhood. Big orange art-deco building at 36th Street… my first train set (tyco) was bought there many Christmas days ago…

I HIGHLY recommend Ready to Roll, on my way there later. They are freindly very helpful and have anything you will need or can get it for you.

Yeah Orange Blossom was the on that got me hooked !!
