Somewhere along the way, piece #1 - Body, disappeared from my Jordan Spreader kit. I already contacted Walthers, and they are unable to replace the part.
I’m willing to try and construct a new one, but the numerous pivot points that allow the spreader’s wings to operate are a little intimidating.
Can any of you brilliant folks provide some guidance?

Check eBay and see if you can locate another one. Or maybe someone has given up on trying to get theirs together. The so-called operational wings don’t really work very well. The ends of the hydraulic arms that fit into the pivot points are too small, they fall out whenever the wings are opened. I fixed mine, but it was a fair amount of work.
Like most of Walthers MOW equipment with operational parts. it seems they were designed on the computer and sent off to Heljan to be manufactured and weren’t test assembled before they were offered for sale. The side wings on their Russell snowplow don’t open or close if you follow the instructions. The side dump ballast cars are a mess, none of the hydraulic parts fit correctly. Been there, done that.
