And guess what? After about 0.50 seconds of being bombarded by fools with not so smart devices sending automated messages, the congressmen will simply get a hacker kiddie to write them a filter which automatically blocks the messages.

As far as traffic goes, if commuters would learn how to drive defensively instead of texting and yapping during the commute, the time spent commuting could easily be cut by half. Most commuters need to be taught how to drive by a 75 year old truck driver with an attitude.

And don’t even suggest putting all the commuters on some half-baked transit scheme that never works as intended. The problem with all transit plans made by socialist planners is most people don’t work where the transit system goes and if they do happen to work where it goes, the transit system isn’t available when needed. Or even worse, the route is so convoluted between Point A and Point B that even with traffic, it is still faster to drive it yourself.

Public transportation is already part of the solution… think how many MORE lanes of highways would need to be built if the combined ridership of commuter trains, light rail systems, and buses were to be dumped onto already congested & jammed roads. Then again, people who think the best and/or only way to get somewhere is in their personal car, bumper-to-bumper at 5 m.p.h. every day while contributing to the oil companies’ record profits, are part of the problem.
