I know there used to be a guy that was modeling a modern New York Central, and he had a web site.
I was wondering if he still has a site, as I am interested in doing something similar.

As much as I hate to say it, Google may be your friend. If all you can remember is that it was an NYC layout, start there and narrow it down. Hopefully someone here will remember it and guide you a little closer.
Do you know if it was ever featured in MR or other model rr magazine? If so, go to the top of the page, thin gray line, click RESORCES, then Magazine Index.
