Modelrailroader magizne artical needed for a CNJ GP7 LIGHTING cabinate and how to build it

I don’ t know what year or month but it is the nose mounted cabinate found on the CNJ GP7for the train lighting and my friend said there was an artical explaning on how to scratchbuild one. I would like to know what the month and year the book was made. thanks Mike

I think you may be thinking about an article in Railroad Model Craftsman, July 2001, p. 54. It gives details on how to upgrade a Front Range GP7.
