Modular club to Germany - which issue of MR?

In the past year or so MR did an article on the Hub Division club from MA whose modular layout was shipped to a German train show in a container. Anyone recall which issue it was?

It was in the Sept. '08 issue of MRR—see page 8–“NMRA HUB div----”

I’ve seen this layout in Dortmund. I was fascinated by the ball signal at the junction.

I’ve seen this layout in Westborough (every year, actually) at the HUB Division’s own show…[:P]
