moloco's transfer caboose: what type of flatcar to use

moloco says theire transfer caboose kit is good for modeling transfer cabooses of the Frisco, CNW, MP, T&P, RI, Southern, and GM&N. Does anyone know if it would matter what length of flat car you used for a transfer caboose of any of those lines?

jr i used an athearn BB 50 ft flat to model mine. if you want to do a prototype transfer caboose try www.rr-fallenflags.org or more information, or try the rr historical society for the road your modelling

As mentioned, check the respective Historical Societies to see what your prototype used.

I, myself used the Ertl 40-foot, 50 ton flatcars to do my pair of custom logging cabooses.

The most cammon of this type of transfer caboose I’ve seen are on 40-foot flatcars, so that

is what I would recommend.
