I read a story a time back can’t remember were about weathering molten sulfur tank cars. They were using modle master paints which I use can someone tell me the color yellow that is used or post a picture of one done thanks J

I’ve had the dubious pleasure of being up close and personal with these tankcars at a couple of refineries. The “overfill” is truly a bright, crystalline yellow - but - it soon weathers to be a dirty greenish/brownish yellow.
The cars I saw were filled from the top, and the overage generally was from the dome downward. Once it set up, it could be scrapped off - almost like ice.
Obviously the cars were all filled with steam coils and insulated.
