Certainly, this is a very well done locomotive. The detail is crisp and the sound seems good to me. The only drawback I see is the footplate. There is a gap of more than a foot between the footplate and tender. This is an extremely minor issue, but as the engine passes, it is noticeable to me. I am sure that it would take very little effort to fix this. With a little weathering, the footplate issue resolved, and hoses added between the engine and tender, this model would be the perfect addition to any road that uses large engines. This engine works just as good as it looks, too. I rate this engine as 9.99999 out of 10!
Beautiful model. Makes me wish I had the space for a layout big enough to operate it on. 18" radius and #6 turnouts too? Impressive!
