I finally got my first issue of MRR mag. March '07, But the address is wrong (PO Box #) and the post office says they will not delever another one without the proper address. My question, Where/How do I contact them to get this straightened out. I have gone my accounts section and they don’t even know that I have a subscribtion, probley because It was a gift. Any help? Thanks. Mike
contact the person who bought you the subscription and have them contact MR and use there info because maybe they have it under there own info and not yours

First step, go here:
https://secure.kalmbach.com/AdvantageWeb/eCare/UserRouter.aspx?pageid=Main
Then, click on “I am a Magazine Subscriber” - the next page will be:
https://secure.kalmbach.com/AdvantageWeb/eCare/Router.aspx?pageid=RegSubscriber
Find the customer number from the address label on your new magazine. Follow the instructions to enter your customer number and zip code, then continue to create your registration. You can then go to the Customer Care home page and select “Change your address”.
I hope this helps,
Don Z.
Mike;
I would do things just a little bit different than DON Z.
Sometime tomorrow when you are not mowing the ice call Kalmbach’s 800 number - it is on page 6 of your issue - and recite your tale of woe to the lady who answers the phone. She - or maybe a he - will be directly at the computer and you can do it instantaneously and confirm it. I recently had trouble at customerservice@kalmbach.com and don’t think I will ever try to go that route again.
I’m a little curious as to why the postal service would not deliver to a post office box.
Tom
Its not that they wont deliver to a PO box, just that they won’t deliver to the “wrong” PO box.

I think he meant it was the wrong Box number. We get ours in a PO Box every month.
Right, even though I am in a very small town and the postmaster knows me very well and could direct mail in Manitou without a PO Box # I guess it is aginst regulations to put up mail without the porpoe PO Box #. Thanks for the help. Mike
