Okay, who did that paint job…really?

I hope you were kidding. It wa really enjoyable to do. The thing that took the most time was the piping going down the fireboxes. After I taped and airbrushed it I had to use a VERY small bru***o hand paint the small piping going down both sides. And also the smoke box. It is real piping that isn’t part of the body, so I had to paint the top, sides, & bottom of the piping.

Yes, freehand. Unfortunately my eyes are not young (Diabetes). I had to use one of those things that go on like a hat with the magnified lenses that you can flip down to see what the heck I was painting, and a very steady hand. [:)]
