Hi, today I recived my new DM3 engine, I ahven’t been this excited about an engine for quite some time. It is a Swedish engine designed to drag iron ore and is quite strong.

Interesting setup , side rod electric ? Looks like a real beast.
There are some additional detail that needs to be fitted but since I got home and just posted this right away I haven’t been able to do it yet.

Is it motored in each unit? If so, you won’t have enough cars to slow it down. [8D]

The middle one is a dummy. It is made by Roco and they are very strong models both in reality and as models. Not as strong as the IORE though:
It is - hefty brutes. The Swedes built quite a few siderod electric engines. The Dm3 was the last (and most powerful in the series).
