N-Scale animated rotary dumper

I have started building an N-scale layout and would like to build a operating rotary coal dumper for my layout. I have been searching for information or plans to construct an animated/operating rotary coal dump. If anybody has any information on building one, I would appreciate the help.

Try the Model Railroader magazine index, I think I saw one in a magazine sometime ago. Search titles with words like “rotary”, “dumper”, etc.
