N scale crossing gates and Bell

Hello, Is anyone using some type of automatic crossing gates with sound for N scale and if so would you know where to find this system? Thank you,Brian

A small speaker from most any source is also required. I also have a “wall wart” power supply for low voltage DC for the electronics.
