All I can say is good luck. Finding specific prototype steam locomotives in N scale outside of brass is really tough to do. Model Power makes a pretty decent Pacific, but I think it’s a USRA version and is not Pennsy specific. It might be a good place to start however as they run pretty good and are DCC ready. Minitrix made (they don’t any more, look on Ebay) a decent K-4, but as for the Hudson, I think Con-Cor made one at one time?
If you want a K4 bad enough, Caboose Hobbies has a few listed on their brass page from Key Imports. The Minitrix was a fair looking K4, but I have no idea how well it ran.
It wasn’t bad. It could stand for a new 5 pole motor and a flyworm to bring it up to par with the current stuff on the market, but the gearing was right, and that’s half the battle. It does have some healthy flanges on it though. It won’t run on my Atlas code 55 track but it will run on Micro Engineering code 70. I don’t know about other brands of track.
Model Power is selling the chassis for this at bargin basement prices. If you got a shell of of Ebay (they do pop up from time to time) and outfitted it with a modern engine and flyworm, you’d have a heck of a runner for cheap. Here’s a link to the chassis;

This is what one looks like (lettered for AT&SF);
Here’s one on Ebay right now that’s lettered for PRR;
