I am considering ordering track and rolling stock from www.nscalesupply.com and I was wondering if this is a decent online resource. I know some of you are going to say I should support my LHS but its not in a very convenient location for me and they seem to be doing fine. Has anyone ordered from N scale supply? If so, how was the service? Would you order from them again? Thanks in advance for your response.

Nscale supply is great!! They are /were in my back yard. They no longer have a store front But are online 24/7. Please support them they are good people. I have bought quite a bit of them in the past and will in the future. There responce time is usually ships in a couple days, though I always picked up my stuff. Any way they are good people with great prices. Let us know your experiance.

How big an outfit is N Scale Supply? Who runs it and how many people work there? Do they have their own warehouse and shipping center or do they order from a larger supplier when they receive an order? In other words do they carry a large inventory in house or reorder as new orders come in?

Well, apparently noone knows who runs it or how big an operation it is. However everyone seems to have a very high favorable opinion of it so I think I’ll give it a try.

I order a decoder from them. I got it evetually but it took a while. Prices are on the higher end. I really like ordering from Brooklyn Locomotive Works (blwnscale.com) and Fifer Hobbies (fiferhobbies.com). Both have increadable shipping services (same day in most cases) and prices are right. Peter
My favorite N-scale online sellers are Brooklyn Locomotive works (www.blwnscale.com) and Rio Grande Hobbies (www.4nscale.com). I’ve ordered from N Scale Supply a couple of times and gotten good results both times. I usually find the other two are a bit lower priced and give equal service.

it was a small shop but customer sevice was great.scott was very helpful.they did mostly online orders.hopefully they will be at the show in nov.

Last I knew they had store hours…Friday and Saturday only. I have not been there though since mid Jule so that might have changed. I never had an issue with them and they have been great by me so far…
