It was WB at Golden, BC. Looked a bit like a LORAM grinder train, except it was blue, I think. It had a loco unit on each end, with pretty much the same window arrangement as the LORAM train, and had the lettering on both “J PANDORA JACKSON” Anybody know what I saw?

Probably “Pandrol Jackson”, another rail-grinding outfit. Found some nifty pictures here:
Well, I give up, this is the second time I edited it, and it still doesn’t come out right, so you’ll just have to do a little copy-paste:
- Copy http://web.archive.org/web/20040309064127/ and paste it into the browser address bar.
- Copy www.angelfire.com/fl3/railrunner/PJ/PandrolJackson.htm and paste it at the end of the text copied from #1 in the browser address bar.
I can’t seem to get it to link any other way… Sorry… [:(]
it says the page isn’t there, but it sounds like a good guess
Harsco Track Technologies have two rail grinding trains which used to be Pandrol Jackson, and before that Speno Rail Services.
The two trains are RMS 1 and RMS 2, both of which have 2 F40PH-2 locomotives.
Here are some pictures.
