These were made by Bachmann in the late '70’s but I don’t think they were marketed as “Plasticville” that was earlier. I have a similar kit that is a restuarant that has red brick and no drive thru. There was also a car dealer that combined this building and another taller one which was I believe white or light blue. I remember these being just about the coolest snap-together structures available (my folks wouldn’t let me glue models until I was 16). Your’s is in awesome condition with the floor, etc.
You’re correct, it is a Plasticville. I have that one.
There were a few renditions of this snap-to-gether kit from Bachman and it was part of the PLASTICVILLE USA series this variant was available from around 1960 to about 1972 -and came in a variety of packaging - Bachmann has recently re-released many of these older structures and this one may be apart of that release so you may be able to find these out there again.

This is #2904 manufactured by Bachmann Bros., Plasticville Drive In Bank. I have a copy of assembly instructions, but can’t do a cut & paste here.
4% on savings! I would love to get that now!
Yeah, I remember when 3% interest was painted in gold leaf on the bank window. How times have changed. LOL Now the % seems to move every few days.
