It’s been something like two hours since Bachmann announced this year’s new products…what, no Spacemouse jumping around because there’s a new 4-4-0 available?[:D]

(oh, they’ve got a bunch of diesels and junk announced too, but this is the only thing I’M interested in!)

Hey, there’s a DCC-equipped NYC Niagara listed - think I might be looking to order one of those if they make it over here, I like the BLI one but can’t justify spending that kind of money on a big loco when I only have an 8ft shelf layout.

Ray;
It will be interesting to see how accurate the 4-4-0 is. My hometown was one of the last holdouts on these locos up and into WWII. My dad was apprenticed as a fireman on a 4-4-0 before he got his 4-6-0. I’m like you, this is the only thing I’M interested in.

Heck, with the few 4-4-0s we have to choose from in HO, I’ll be glad to get ANYTHING that runs well and looks OK. I have plans for one, to turn it into C&IM 502, which were the last 4-4-0s made (1928). I might get a couple others as “pet” engines, to run around when I feel like holding a 1920s op session.

YIPEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE! More Geep 38-2’s and SD40-2’s in CSX for Matt!

Boing, Boing, Boing.Boing. Boing. Boing.

Dang. No Northwestern Pacific.

BRAND NEW, RETOOLED N & W J CLASS STEAMER IN N SCALE! AWESOME![:D]

I’m sorry, were we talking about something different?[:p]

Why couldn’t they offer a NYC Niagara in N scale?[?]

3 Ma&Pa locomotives!!! It’s almost enough to make a person switch to HO.[:)]

Enjoy
