Here’s some pics of my new caboose I built over the holiday weekend. The model is a laser wood kit built by American Model Builders. The kit was detailed using Detail Associates grabs, Kadee trucks and couplers, and LS colored lenses. Western Pacific lettering was added using Micro-Scale decals. The hardest part of this project was “hand” forming the railings from the .010 brass wire that came in the kit.
Very Good work as always

Another winner Bob. All your work looks awesome. Dave
Great job, Bob
The artist strikes again. Was the lantern part of the kit or was that your little extra? I loved it.
nice work . i’ve been looking at those kits for a while since they make the only side door caboose that i’ve found so far . nice to see how they look
Beautiful, Bob. You’ve really got a railroad to be proud of.
Very nice work, Bob. I take it that you paint the “irons” before you mount them?
Really nice caboose!
