Not designed properly? Of course they were built properly ! What nonsense! The People’s Party Approved Official Documents declare that they are correct, it is obviously Western Corruption causing the soil to suffer moral weakness which has thus caused the failure, to solve this, the soil will be sent to a retraining camp in Manchuria.
