I am doing research on the New Hope & Ivyland Railroad, in Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
The link below is the locomotive roster, both current and past:

I appreciate any input anyone can give me. I am still kinda new to the online research game!
I also have their website: (although, it doesn’t give you much information about their freight business, just about the “passenger” stuff, they are a “touristy” type of thing)
www.newhoperailroad.com
Back in the late 1970’s it was operated by the McHugh Bros. They had two ex-Copper Range Baldwin switchers and a couple of ex-PC Baldwins as spare parts. They used ex-RDG coaches on the train.
On part of the line the Buckingham Valley Trolley Museum operated. Their power source was a old truck that had the rear pumpkin removed and replaced with a generator. They operated a restored Hog Island car on the line.
If you already have any of this information I apologize but here is what I know of the history of the NHIR 2-8-0 steamer:
Built in 1925 by Baldwin for the Lancaster & Chester Railway here in South Carolina (I model the L & C in n scale).
It ran on the L & C intil after WWII when the L & C went diesel. You can get more history by going to the L & C website at http://www.landcrailroad.com/
Given that this was formed as a short tourist line in the 60’s there probably isn’t much information on line. You could search for a Bucks County historical society and see what they have. I would also contact the current owners and see if they have records they would let you look at or copy. Since this was part of the Reading prior to 1962, you might find some pre 1962 information at the Reading Histroical site. http://www.readingrailroad.org/
You might start your own NHIR historical site and ask people to share information.
Good luck
Paul
