Anyone received the new Model Railroader? I still haven’t gotten mine. It usually arrives several days before the end of the month.

In the MR e-mail newsletter it said “on news stands tuesday”. I pry get mine in the mail tomorrow or Monday at the latest. Can’t wait to build a SD20[swg] (it’ll be a LONG time before I do that)
I got my May issue here in Atlantic Canada today, March 31st. Pretty good issue, some great articles.

I live 15 minutes from Kalmbach and I still dont have mine. Maybe our mailmen are reading them before they give them to us

Mail lady parted with mine this afternoon, finally! Looks like a great issue after a quick scan of the contents, and a long pause on the builing scratch building article.

Mine arrived today (April 1). Trains also. Useful article on boxcars and some nice trackside photos. That Ohio club has a wonderful steel mill, eh?
I can tell you that years ago I joined a model railroad club in my hometown and was introduced to one fellow who worked for the local post office
He learned my name and said “oh you’re the kid who gets Model Railroader and orders stuff from America’s Hobby Center!”
I am not saying the folks at the USPS slow down our mail to read it – but they do notice it!
