New RV/Motor Home coming in HO

For those who have longed for an HO model of a recreational vehicle or motor home, Rietze Modelle is about to answer your wishes.

Due in October is the Rietze No. 66800 Concorde Charisma 840 motor home. While it’s not an American brand, it looks like the modern vehicles you can see at RV parks from coast to coast.

Rietze also has the No. 10070 Hymer motor home, which is the older-style RV, so you have some variety.

I don’t know what the retail price will be but Rietze’s importer is German Aircooled in Mission Viejo, California. So more information should be available next month.

I used to have an RV similar to that Hymer 660. It was a '71 Dodge Pace Arrow.

Some new wheels and a little work on the front will Americanize the Hymer a bit.

From Stripes…That is an Urban Assault Vehicle, the ECM 5000

The movie “Stripes” Urban Assault Vehicle was the EM-50 and was based on the GMC motorhome first introduced in 1973 and was discontinued in 1978.
