MFG? Who makes it? Features?

…and, by looking at the trucks, it is an SD40, not an SD40-2.

Looks like an Athearn RTR SD40

Judging by the body shell & the road number, that’s definitely a SD40-2. Is that the new Athearn ??? Not all SD40-2’s had the same trucks. Conrail used the flexicoil type. Years ago, Athearn didn’t make Flexicoil trucks, & I really don’t know if the new ones have 'em. You really have to look hard I suppose AND to know what you’re really looking at to tell the difference from most photos.
