I’ve never heard of this, is it recent? But there’s a supposed location at 5666 Baggett Marysville Rd in Oroville, California, which is named the “Northern California Museum of Transportation”.

There are two specific locomotives located there, but I’m not sure if the other one is owned by the museum or not.
