Now That's a Railway Tunnel!

On Sunday, March 1, 2015, MSN posted a picture story titled “Beautiful Tree Tunnels from around the world”. The following link is for the Tunnel of Love in Klevan, Ukraine. Now that is a railroad tunnel! Anyone know of other RR tunnels in green?

[:-,] Penn Central used to have a few (unintentional) ones on some lightly-used branch lines . . . [swg]

All too well. And in the fall, all the leaves fall on the rails, making them slicker than snot.

A fair part of our trip from Utica to Thendara runs through tree tunnels. Or something very close.

I have a picture of a similar “tunnel” on an IHB industrial lead just north of the point where it crosses Wolf Lake. This is within the Chicago city limits.
