NS project at Berea Oh

Does anyone know what project NS is undertaking at Berea, Oh at CP 194? I watch the video stream for Berea and there are 2 large cranes and considerable work crews.

NS is using only 1 track thru the project and at reduced speed. It appears they are working this 24/7 (although I am not awake 24/7).

Anyone know what is going on there?

Two NS bridges are located west of the camera location. The one nearest the camera is a road overpass that bridges North Rocky River Drive. The next one further west bridges the Rocky River and the parallel Barrett Road. Perhaps NS is repairing or replacing one of these bridges.
