O Scale dummy locomitives....Is there such a thing?

Anyone know if someone makes standard O scale dummy locos? Preferably late 1800s early 1900s steam. Thanks.

By standard, do you mean standard guage? I’m not sure about 1800’s loco’s, But I do know that a number of manufacturers (Atlas O, MTH, Lionel, and Weaver make dummy locomotives. But from what I’ve seen, most of them seem to be 1930’s-present diesels.

They’re also fairly cheap compared to the powered ones.

Hi Rob,

AHM sold an O scale 10 wheeler called Casey Jones back in the 70s.

You could buy a motorizing kit for it also (which I am looking for)

I still have the one I bought as a kid and picked up another at a swap meet for $5 a few months ago.

They have a nice 4 wheel caboose that looks good with it.
